How to become a better Writer

Many people are not good at writing and because of that reason most of their plans remain unfinished. One should not fear or give up writing because their initial encounters were not that great.

Today I am going to share few points which will help you overcome the fear of writing or help you out of laziness of writing an article.

  1. When you have a Good Idea about the Topic.
Before you start writing about a topic one must have a very good idea or knowledge about the article/post that he/she is going to write about.

  2. When you have no Idea about the Topic.
Incase you don't have any idea about the topic or the keyword you want to write about then the best thing to do is read about that topic and one must go through various sources to read, so that he/she may get a broad overview on the topic.

  3. Structure of your Post.
Now you have a decent idea about your topic, so now its time to start with your business.
Create an outline for your article.
Choose a catchy title of your post. (If Possible do a keyword Research.)
Write bullet points for the articles.

  4. Writing the Article and tools to use.
I preferred tool is Google Docs and for all those who are not good in typing fast I suggest you to go with this free tool.
Simply hit the Mic button and using the outline of your article and refering your bullet points one can write the whole article in few minutes.

  5. Proofread
Once your article is written you can re-read your article for any mistakes and even you can re-write or remove few points that need to be improved or omitted.

  6. Practice Practice Practice.
One of the best this one can do to make this process fluid and fast is to practice again and again and one can eventually become master this process.

I am not sharing anything new or unique, but people have used these 5 techniques and got their writing improved a lot over time.

Proofreading is essential,
I always make mistakes, and have to correct them later.

Thank you for the advice!
