RE: THE LIBRARY #1 - A New Curation Post for Readers and Writers

in #writing7 years ago

Thank you. Curating is one of the great things about Steemit. Done right it helps both the curator and the author - but it also helps strengthen the community by helping people flourish. That is my main aim. If you are a writer then I am happy to take a look at your work. This is only week 1 of this, so many more to come.

Sort:

Part of me wants to say yes! I'm a writer (poet), and would love you to look through some of my poems (the few I have posted here).

Another part of me tells me that what I will post tomorrow is better than what I posted yesterday. The workshops in the groups have been quite helpful actually so I always think I am improving haha.

Yes, constant improvement is life. Keep striving for it. Make use of the workshops absolutely. But if you write then don't hesitate to call yourself a writer. Whilst I am not the best judge of poetry, I am still happy to take a look.

Well, I would appreciate if you did. I do not have many material on Steemit as I'm 6 days old, but, I do write and post a poem every day (sometimes more) - but even if you check out one poem that would be lovely. I'm not sure if we should post links or not, so I won't post a link here. Whenever you have time, do drop by and read my latest poem

I have just followed you, so I can keep track of your posts. As for posting links on other people's blogs, you are correct in assuming not to do so UNLESS the author gives permission. Which I am doing now, if you want to, you can give me a link on which one to look at first. Otherwise I can wander over there at some point and have a look.

Thank you :P

Well, I would suggest this poem : https://steemit.com/poetry/@poetrybyjeremy/intertwined-or-an-original-poem

Most recent, and I think it's the best I have so far.

Thank you for your support :D I hope you enjoy. My poetry should be easy to comprehend for people who are not accustomed to poetry - or at least that's what I hope

(delayed because had lack of bandwith)
