NANOWRIMO is just around the corner. Thinking about it made me realize how much I miss the writing community here. I'm wondering, are any of you still here and planning to put yourself through the madness again next month?
I fear the madness has taken me over. I have so much I need to write, so why not do it with a lot of other crazy (or brave or determined or all of the above) fellow writers?

The project I'll be working on is the last half of my YA science fantasy novel, which should come in around 50k. This is one I worked on back in 2018 but didn't finish. Instead I worked through an outline and vomited some plot onto pages. Since then I've used it as my thesis for my Master's program in creative writing and discovered there's so much more to do!
I am excited to work through the end of this first book. Then I'll work on book 2 during my MFA.
Anyway, those are my plans (in general) and I'd love to connect with anyone here who is going to jump in too!

I'm still here but not really writing as much these days! It's not from a lack of wanting and I have plenty of ideas, but I just don't have that ✨inspire!!!✨ at that moment. ... ... ... But I suppose, maybe this could kick me in the butt and get me going. 😅
I could lecture about King's advice that writing is about discipline and not inspiration, or I could just give you a kick. So...
