The UGG has become an iconic American winter snow boot. The early models were useless in the snow - so slippery! But they have new soles that have made them excellent snow boots. I do not step in any mud or puddles in them though! And they last and last for thirty years.
You really need to do something about that fridge. It's making me feel very bad about myself. lol

I know! The early UGGs were for, as I understand it, surfers and walking in sand. When they first hit the US we used them for snow, but they were worse than useless on ice. The soles have been switched for sale in the US and they make excellent snow boots now. Nearly everyone has a pair.
