MY VOCAB PRACTICE.

1. Circumstance
   The communication circumstance before email was you'd have to wait a while before you could receive a letter.
2. Circumnavigate
   Captain Sailsalot decided to circumnavigate to all continents to taste the fruits of each country.
3. Circumspect
   The vigilent sniper decided to circumspect the kill zone before making his shot.
4. Circumlocution
   Donald Trump's circumlocution always pleases his audience.

In #3, you've used "circumspect" as a verb. But it's an adjective.

As for #3, there must be plenty of "pleased" Americans these days. :-)
