Fundamentally we are all as long as we are living the lie of ourselves never living a relationship with another being. But no matter what type of relationship we have we are living it as a relationship with our self.
We are not meeting being to being, but we are using everyone to meet who we think we are.
We are denying ourselves the experience of actually perceiving the beings we are related to or in relationship with. And choosing only to perceive our own projections about what they are meant to be for us.
From this space we are only ever using others to converse with our own infatuation of our own identity. We are not actually communicating.
We strive constantly to find the best possible way to remain comfortable and the moment discomfort comes we close the door completely for any true communication.
Whether you have friends, mother, father, sister, lover. As long as "you" are there, you are living life making all these beings who have been granted that role in your life nothing other than what you want to see.
You are not open to communication. You are in fact ever resistant to any form of true communication, because that would mean you would have to step into unknown territory. You have no plan or idea or method to control the situation in true communication, nor any idea of what you need to say.
When you lose yourself, it might feel lonely, but in fact for once you are able to truly perceive where everything stands, and everyone is choosing to live life alone stuck in their own ideas.
Instead of joining together, there where we truly stand finally able to meet face to face, Unknown to Unknown. We choose in general to live as me, only ever being able to see what I have made "me" to be and see the world and others ever only through the lens of "me".
When we give up "me" and meet another one who has given it up, we realize this is what we have been looking for all along, namely to be able to finally meet face to face.
Not Illusion to Illusion.
