Dude, you are wearing my strength down, excellant post, i love to cook, but have never work in the field. I spent most of my life in Grocery retail, which is bad in itself. But i can diffently see and understand the stress leval of being a cook or chef. Great job buddy 👊😎👊

Yeah, I got out of it about 8 years ago, never looking ir going back, 20 years was enough for me.
