U.S. Should Reverse Its Policy Of War In Respect Of Our Soldiers

in #writing8 years ago

Today I'd like to take the time to pay my respects to fallen soldiers of the past. Those who have fought bravely for the freedom of past generations and my generation. I find it bazaar, and quite grotesque, when so many people say we should send our soldiers to the Middle East to "take out" the extremists. But what these people don't understand, is that they are carrying water for the defense contractors. Who only care about the profit of selling weapons to whomever their customers are. Don't think so? The United States just signed a weapons deals with Saudi Arabia, worth billions of dollars. This regime beheads people in public, treats minorities in outlandish ways. Saudi Arabia funds and exports terrorists world wide. In fact, over three quarters of the hijackers on 9/11 received support from the Saudi Arabia government.

Yet, president Trump still thinks wants America to believe he is willing to "eradicate radical Islamic terrorism"? No, he is just continuing what the United States has been doing for the last decade. Moving toward a policy where corporations and contractors make profits off the millions of people being killed from the very same U.S-made weapons. It's a successful strategy for the elite, but an utter failure for humanity as a whole. As my writing may not change the policies of this administration or future administrations, please let this script awaken your friends and families of the horror of our government's true intentions.
