How it all began
Rebecca Be is a member of Steemit community since September 2016. She was previously a member of TSU where she enjoyed meeting people and blogging. They closed doors and she found herself at the steps of Steemit after @steevc telling her how she should check it out.
First, she has to wait to be approved for membership for quite some time. Then on arrival, she discovers the newly found site too irritating while navigating the waters of html at that time. Down the road Steemit became much easier to get around and more importantly post so back she came to begin her journey.
Rebecca Be believes we are making history here and sees a few of the struggles writers have on being noticed in the world of crypto and computer geeks. She does believe there is a place for all creative souls in this site. Sharing our ideas and learning in an encouraging environment is a plus.
Rebecca Be enjoys reading non-fiction in the form of science, psychology, and other interests. She also enjoys reading some fiction. Right now she is in photography classes and sees so many stories images can convey.
She meditates and believes we are all connected and that our awakening is changing the world. Writers are a huge part of how the world manifests as their ideas change the world. What if there is a responsibility for us to connect through our writing.
Improving writing skills
Rebecca Be is looking at improving her writing skills. She has won a few curation awards in Steemit but is still looking to find her niche. At one-time years ago she considers broadcast writing and decides none of that for her as she is a feel soul and writes her own stories. Sitting down to write those stories is another challenge, as we all must take that time from other areas of our lives.
She feels at times her multiple interests makes it hard to fit in but continues to post what makes her happy. Rebecca is considering creating an account for other interests but then pulls back knowing that having more than one account will make even harder to get the time to build a following.
Rebecca Be says we all have our stories to share and what a great place to begin. Being a member of Steemit means improving your creativity. During this beginning age of AI and all that is unfolding in Decentralization we can find our place early on for others down the road, it may not be as easy.
Rebecca’s goal is to tour the world while writing what she loves using the power of Steemit. What better goal could there be at this time in her life?

Finding Michelle Gent in Steemit is rewarding as we can all learn from someone with her experience and ability to convey ideas. You have seen the difficulty for writers here. Competing with tons of crypto posts is tough. Identifying a niche is easy but also a pain when you have multiple interests. Who wants to write for one niche. It may be lucrative but very dull imo.
Variety is the spice of life. Keep doing what you enjoy and maybe one day the tide will turn.

It seems you and I agree on so many things... We certainly are making history here. It's been two years but I believe we will all be seen as the very early adopters. I just hope "community" will overcome the "indiviual greed" aspect here...

I enjoyed reading your intro and now I'll give you the other side of what I read from this.
I can tell that you read a lot because your writing flows and engages the reader. I also get the feeling that talking about yourself is not something that comes easy to you. I guess that you are a modest, humble person so thank you for making the effort.
You have one or two tiny errors that I'm certain you would have picked up on a second read-through.
Did you mean 'free soul'?
You also have a little trouble with keeping the tenses straight - past and present tense mixes a little in the first couple of paragraphs.
I would have used had rather than has.
All in all, I think you're a competent writer and the transition from factual to fictional writing would become easier the more you try it out. I hope you do try it out :)
