RE: The Edge Of Insanity: The Emergence Of Dr. Bizarro

in #writing8 years ago

Thanks my friend... I've tried every remedy that's come down the pike and what I've learned is that on days when even the opioids don't work... I just have to eat the pain. Actually, it seems to affect my sense of humor more than anything!

Well, rich, my friend had toothache the other day. He's from one of these "what's a little hole in a tooth?" kind of families so decided to ride through the pain, so to speak. It was so intense he found himself at one point in a very weird "dissociation" zone and wondered whether that was the place the evil controllers take people to when they are MKUltra-ing them? His pain has now gone, fortunately, but do you know that zone yourself? Has your pain ever been so intense that anything similar has happened to you? (Dissociation, I mean.)

When I broke my back. The guy that was with me said I jumped up and began running in circles like a chicken when you break its neck. I didn't know if I was dead or alive!

I still remember that image very vividly from your excellent writing.
