Hi my best friend all how are you guys today? May we all be in good health always.
Tonight is the last of the night of fasting, which coincides also on the odd night, may blessings always accompany us. and what we always expect is to get intercede in the night of Lailatul Qadar.
Every Muslim would want a night of glory, Lailatul Qadar. Tonight is only seen once a year. People who worship throughout the year are more likely to get the glory of the night because of their regular worship than those who worship rarely.
This edition we will see the privileged Lailatul Qadar from the other night.
1- Lailatul Qadar is the time of the revelation of the Qur'an
Ibn 'Abbas and others said, "Allah sent the Qur'an as a whole as well as from Lauhul Mahfuzh to Baitul' Izzah in the sky of the world. Then Allah sent the Qur'an to the Messenger of Allaah-sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam-separately in accordance with the events that occurred during the 23 years. "(Tafsir Al Qur'an Al' Azhim, 14: 403). This has already demonstrated the privilege of Lailatul Qadar.
2- Lailatul Qadar is better than 1000 months
Allah Ta'ala said,
ليلة القدر خير من ألف شهر
"The night of glory is better than a thousand months." (Surah Al-Qadar: 3). An Nakho'i says, "The practice in lailatul qadar is better than the practice in 1000 months." (See Latho-if Al Ma'arif, p.341). Mujahid, Qotadah and other scholars argue that the meaning is better than a thousand months is the prayer and practice on lailatul qadar better than the prayers and fasting in 1000 months that there is no lailatul qadar. (Zaadul Masiir, 9: 191). This is the ultimate virtue of Lailatul Qadar.
3- Lailatul Qadar is a night of blessing.
Allah Ta'ala said,
إنا أنزلناه في ليلة مباركة إنا كنا منذرين
"We have sent it down on a blessed night, and verily We have warned." (Surah Ad Dukhon: 3). This blessing night is the night of 'lailatul qadar' and this has shown the privilege of the evening, let alone specified with the next points.
The angels as well as Ar Ruuh-that is the angel Gabriel-descended on Lailatul Qadar.
Privileged Lailatul Qadar is also marked by the descent of angels. Allah Ta'ala said,
تنزل الملائكة والروح فيها
"That night the angels and the angels of Gabriel came down" (Surah Al-Qadar: 4)
Many angels will descend on Lailatul Qadar because of the many barocks (blessings) that night. For once again, the fall of the angel signifies the blessing and grace. As the angels descend when one reads the Qur'an, they will surround the people who are in the assembly of dhikr - that is the assembly of knowledge. And the angels will put their wings on the prosecution because angels greatly exalt them. (See Tafsir Al Qur'an Al 'Azhim, 14: 407)
The angel Gabriel is called "Ar Ruuh" and is specified in the verse because it shows the glory (the virtue) of the angel.
5- Lailatul Qadar disifati with 'salaam'
The meaning of 'salaam' in the verse,
سلام هي حتى مطلع الفجر
"That night is full of welfare until the dawn rises" (Surah Al-Qadr: 5) ie the night is full of salvation where Satan can not do anything in the night either doing bad or disturbing others. Thus the word Mujahid (See Tafsir Al Qur'an Al 'Azhim, 14: 407). It can also mean that that night, many survived the punishment and punishment because they obeyed God (that night). Really this shows the extraordinary virtue of Lailatul Qadar.
6- Lailatul Qadar is the night of his annual destiny
Allah Ta'ala said,
فيها يفرق كل أمر حكيم
"On that night all wise things are explained" (Surah Ad Dukhan: 4). Ibn Kathir in his commentary (12: 334-335) explains that in Lailatul Qadar will be detailed in Lauhul Mahfuzh regarding the writing of destiny in a year, will also be recorded death and rizki. And it will also record everything until the end of the year. Thus narrated from Ibn 'Umar, Abu Malik, Mujahid, Adh Dhohak and other salaf scholars.
But it should be noted - as the information of Imam Nawawi rahimahullah in Syarh Muslim (8: 57) - that the record of the annual destiny is of course preceded by the science and writing of God. This destiny will later be revealed to the malikat and he will know what will happen, then he will perform the tasks commanded for him.
7- The sins of anyone who animates the night of 'Lailatul Qadar' will be forgiven by God
From Abu Hurairah, from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, he said,
من قام ليلة القدر إيمانا واحتسابا غفر له ما تقدم من ذنبه
"Whoever performs the prayers on the night of the lailatul qadar by faith and wishes the reward of Allah, his past sins will be forgiven." (Narrated by Bukhari no 1901)
Ibn Hajar Al Asqolani said that what is meant by 'acceptance' (by faith) is to justify God's promise of reward (for those who live the night). While 'ihtisaaban' is meaningful to expect reward (from the side of Allah), not because of other wishes ie examples do riya '. (See Fathul Bari, 4: 251) [1]
Oh God, let us achieve the privilege of Lailatul Qadar by being able to fill our last days in the month of Ramadan with the practice of sholih.
Aamin Yaa Mujibas Saa-ilin.
