I think you could have special days to post your novel on, let's say something like Literature Friday. There will be one day or more dedicated to your "baby" (I consider all my pieces as my babies).
As for the parts you have published in the past, you could fit all the re-written ones in one or two posts. That way people will catch up on the changes. I don't think getting paid for those is wrong if you have put effort in editing and changing them. Actually it would be a cool idea, letting people watch step step how a novel is born, how the author changes her mind and gives a totally different plot.
Or you could turn it into a series where a story has a few alternative endings (what would have happened if...)
