It is better to focus on getting in front of someone first if you want to discuss whatever it is you want to share with them.
Don't eat too much at night. Not only will your stomach be uncomfortable, but you'll also find yourself tossing and turning in bed trying to get a night's sleep.
There are voices everywhere. How do we determine the heretics from the truth tellers? It is surely a world full of words and sounds.

Spend most of your day on your strength and a minority of your day on your weakness. Build your weakness over time until it's good. Your goal for your weakness isn't for you to be the best at it but for you to build it up until it's above average. You need to know your weakness to the point where you're able to hire someone better than you at it to replace you. You also need to be good enough at your weakness to know enough about it to know whether or not you're over paying your replacement, as well as whether or not he's doing a shoddy or good job.

Information is to be consumed so that one may use it in unison with hands-on experience. There should be a going back and forth of consuming information and using it, seeing what works and what doesn't, remembering that feedback, and re-consuming information in conjunction with hands-on experience. That is the learning process.
