Anger is the normal emotional expression of human beings. Anger is not a disease but a lot of mental illness symptoms.
Reason behind Anger
- Anger is often genetically transferable in many cases. Children of angry parents may become angry, it is born with you.
From the family, people also learn to behave indifferently from the environment (Family and social learning). For example, if the children grow up in the area of quarrels, family members or fights, then they are likely to get angry.
Some people, such as masters of house or older in the elderly or older than all member of family, feel angry about their authoritative nature.

Long term
- Meditate. There are different types of meditations, please practice.
- Learn to talk, learn the beautiful language while anger, narrative, follow others, how he is talking about controlling anger.

Yes, the Ego defines itself by exerting power over others by means of aggression. Yet in truth, whenever we lose our temper we show our vulnerability and unacceptance. So we are controlled by our own emotion of anger...overreacting is rooted in a lack of confidence. :)

Anger which is justified is just a outside thing but in inner area there should not have any.
and which comes from the inside......that is what i think, but i respect your thinking.
