In the fabric of our faces we are confronted with the fragments of our parents in reflection. Facts clash with fiction as we weigh all the factors of our perceived self. In the fabrication of our narratives we fear failure; some of us even more than the fake and false which render us hollow. So many fancy fame, despite the faint oder of decay it always emanates.
Many lay their faith in the clawed rotting hands of religions, who pose as the safe and familiar. Feasting at every one of our failings, preachers grow fat as we fall into the pits of self loathing and induced shame. To claim freedom we must venture far from the noise and static they peddle as destiny.
Fasten your seatbelt, liberation is a bumpy ride. Riddled in potholes and plot holes, bound to catapult you out of favour. The fearful will never flourish in unaccustomed soil, but those of us who stray from the design find it to be our true manna. We are unremorseful felons anchored in feelings beyond the range of plastic.
We are feathers carried by winds ripping roots and families apart. We float in, out and between streams. Kiss the frogs and fairies, become the breadcrumbs on their twisted paths. Monitor the levels of contamination as you wander field of dreams. In this festival of follies we are never truly part of the picture; just specks of light floating under eyelids.
