Do not wander more. For neither will you read your memoirs, nor the deeds of the ancient Romans and Greeks, nor the selections of writings which you reserved for your old age. Hurry, then, at last, and give up the vain hopes and go to your own help, if something of yourself matters to you, while you have that possibility.
Meditations of Marcus Aurelius (3, 14)
Interesting reading I could find in the meditations of Marcus Aurelius; which advises us to take advantage of the time we have in this life, that we take care of doing and not delaying, affirms that it is false that we will actually do what we leave for old age or for future times and that we hasten to act while we can still do , because we let time pass, it is more likely that we will not do anything and that when we want to do what we postpone it is probably too late, either because the conditions are not given or because we simply run out of time to do what we did not do.
Not always easy to seize the moment! Making good use of your time is good advice.
Yes, sometimes I usually worry about how to use the time, however, we must take care not to make that an obsession. Thanks for comment!
