Right on point. Telling someone to think big is is just like wasting your time. Like I see many jobless youth in my country who are always busy applying for jobs with no success and when you tell them to create something of their own with the skills they have they decline.
Take for example a software developer graduate. With the skills he has he can come up with an app that solves a problem and eventually earn from that app.
