Hi, good to see you. A few days ago I decided to upgrade my OS to Windows 11 and I'd like to share my experience with you. Is it worth? I hope that after this post you'll know.
The design isn't much different than it was in Windows 10, it reminds me of one linux distro I used a few years ago. Everything is rounder and more casual, kind of childish. I don't think that's a bad feature though, it's just different, but that isn't a game-changer at all.
OS though is pretty… slow, there are moments when it's slower than windows 10, for example "Settings" can start up for like 10 seconds, maybe it's the matter of my HDD, but I belive that on windows 10 everything was a bit faster.
When it comes to RAM, I recommend you to have more than 8GB, I mean it's a minimum for real. Spotify, Opera and OneNote = 77% usage of RAM. So if you would like to play LoL with music and stream playing in the background your team would probably lose the match.
To be honest, if you have a possibility to upgrade OS to Windows 11, you should give it a shot. There is a 10-day-long period during which you can downgrade it back to Windows 10, so there is basically no risk.
To sum up, in design there aren't many changes, it is indeed a bit slower but you won't feel it on daily basis. And hey, there will be many updates so hopefully it will be getting faster and faster. It is always a nice feeling to try out something new and work on a brand new software so I encourage you to do so.
It seems faster to me, but I have 16gb ram and SSD. I do agree that there is not much difference, sometimes I have forgotten that I am using 11. XD

Windows 11 is still "raw" and needs a lot of improvements and fixes. Maybe in a couple of years it will reach a normal level of stability. Although there are always problems with stability in Windows.
