It seems that in general, creativity is lacking as we are more and more dominated with technology. Similar thing happens in music as people just tend to imitate whatever is successful in the pop sphere instead of following their artistic passion(license). We need to find ways to reconnect to our imagination.
I totally agree. If we were all Terry Brooks every book would be Shannara but we aren't him. We are individual writers with the power to create for ourselves. We need to initiate that.
