Why has he down voted my comment and many others comment.Who is @anti-spammer

I have participated and won the competition. Two more people also won in that. So I commented congratulating them. What is wrong in that?

Since this post is about announcement of winner, everybody is conveying their wishes too. What is wrong in that?
