Lets start with Blockchian and its definition
A blockchain is a continuously growing list of records, called blocks, which are linked and secured using cryptography, on a distributed ledger. Each block typically contains a cryptographic hash of the previous block, a timestamp and transaction data.
Can anyone say it does not apply to XRP?

By definition it is a crypto but it is a centralized. It is controlled and can be manipulated by a single entity, the founders. This make many distrust it but personally I think it has potential to work as blockchain is intended function.
