And that is so true. I observed that more people come out of their houses and bask under the sun when there is a power outage😅
It might be funny if someone meets their neighbor for the first time on the road because of an electrical power outage. 🤔😅

I think the most likely reason people would go outside their homes during an electrical outage is not because it would be brighter outside, but because of the heat inside when electric fans and air conditioners don't work. 🤔🤯🤓
