Let me introduce you One-legged Pigeon Pose, Eka Pada Rajakapotasana.
This variation is a super deep backbend , which requires flexibility of the hips, back and shoulders...

Benefits:

  • Stretches the thighs, groins and psoas, abdomen, chest and shoulders, and neck
  • Stimulates the abdominal organs
  • Opens the shoulders and chest

Beautiful!! Pigeon pose is one of my favorites. Although, I do struggle to get into full pigeon. Still need to open my hips a bit more, especially my TFL!
