MORNING
Consume warm water and/or warm lemon water in the morning. This is a powerful cleansing technique that also reduces body heat, balances the acidity of the body and improves the overall digestive system
NIGHT
Haritaki - Consume (at least one hour after the meal) one heaping teaspoon with water every evening (Note: Only consume in powder form)

- In what ways are you choosing to toxify your body? How often does our body tell us no but we override it?

What are 3 ways you can detox your daily routine/average day? How can you better align to treating yourself as Paramashiva, your body as divine? Do them today and see how you feel.
