  1. Spread your fingers as wide as you can multiple times throughout the day.
  2. Pull your thumb back towards your wrist.
  3. Pull your thumb across your palm.
  4. Hold your arm & hand straight out, palm towards the ground. Bend the wrist to point the fingers to the ground, and use your other hand to pull them back towards the forearm as far as feels good with a nice stretch.
  5. Hold your arm & hand straight out, palm towards the ground. Bend the wrist to point the finger to the sky, and use your other hand to pull them back towards the forearm as far as feels good with a nice stretch.
