Yoga is a set of physical, mental, and spiritual practices which originated in ancient India. There is a broad variety of yoga. Every one should pay time on yoga because it is the simplest way to keep us fit and healthy. There are large variety of "assans and pranayams" Some are something difficult too. In this blog I want to share the basics of yoga that every person can do without any guidance. The steps for beginners are:
Tadasana also called as" Mountain Pose" - Tada’ means a mountain. As its meaning indicates that one to stand with majestic steadiness.
It makes our body straight and improves focus and concentration. In this pose you have to pose our ears, shoulders, hips and ankles should all be in one line with breathing easily.Vrikshasana also called as "Tree Pose" - You have to place your right foot high up on your left thigh and the sole of the foot should be flat . Keep your left leg straight and take balance. By doing this pose we improve our balance and strengthens our feet and back.
The only precaution in this pose is to ensure spine is straight and u have to take a few deep breaths.Trikonasana also called as "Triangle Pose"- we have to wide our legs apart. streach our right foot at the angle of 90 and keep the legs closer to the torso. Alway keep ur weight on your both feet.
. Adho Mukho Svanasana also called as "Downward Facing Dog Pose" - It is yoga's most widely recognized yoga poses, Adho Mukha Svanasana, offer the ultimate all-over, rejuvenating stretch. In this pose we have stretches hamstrings, chest and provide extra blodd to our brain.
And the last is
5.Kursiasana also called as" chair pose" - It builds your willpower and has an energizing effect on the body and mind. In this pose we have to
keep straight our feet slightly apart and stretch our arm without bending our elbow. We have to keep our back straight.
By doing these pose one can fit and fresh in our daily life as we all know that now a days "yoga" can treat major problems.
