Health is always a fashion. Yoga spreads a message of love and excellent health, so I chose to start this competition, that we all share the true character of Yoga together.

Unfortunately, there are many spammers, so I decided that there are no winners in last competition. From now on I am the only person to choose winners, it is your responsibility to report spam. Spammers will be punished with flag and minus. The best and the most honest needs to be rewarded.

This is a wonderful contest! Thank you for the opportunity.

This is me, Katrina Ariel, doing a pose I call "flying figure four," taken by my photographer friend, Nat Anfield. Location: "The Hoodoos," Kamloops, BC.

Though I have photos of me doing far more advanced moves, I chose this one because of the grace the photographer captured, and the look in my eyes, as if I could take off and fly! This is also an excellent hip-stretch. :)

Here is my submission photo. I have been working on getting into this one in lotus pose on the bosu but it's hard enough to to the handstand itself on it...my wife took this picture for me.

Glad I found your blog as well. I'm on the hunt for new people to follow anyway so this worked out really well.
