Go easy with this one, be extra careful. You can also use a wall for support. Focus on bringing the chest forward melting your heart through the arms. Activating hamstring. Arms and hands pressing down. Remember the goal isn't to touch your head, but to keep an even backbend. When finished slowly exit and rest in child's pose.
