Hello!
Often I take a break from yoga, and then that first class, I feel the self inflicted words that tell myself, oh it’s gunna be bad. But then I start and it is always good! It is so good to open up, stretch, go to your limit, and often I am surprised what I can do.
Go take a class, breathe, and focus on what you can do.
Also the coolest yogi and friend joined me and we did a session after!
