La Domenica per me è sinonimo di famiglia. E quando si parla di famiglia, mi reputo una persona più che fortunata.
Da un po' di tempo, facendolo passare come un gioco, sto insegnando alle mie due splendide nipotine, di 2 e 3 anni, qualche posizione yoga.
Inutile dirvi che sono snodatissime e riescono a fare qualsiasi cosa :) ma ciò che mi stupisce è che mi seguono perfettamente nell'esecuzione degli asana.
Ecco Eleonora, di due anni, con me nella posizione del cane a faccia in giù.
Praticare con loro mi riempie il cuore di gioia perchè so che, con ciò che loro chiamano"gioco", gli sto donando qualcosa di veramente prezioso.
Quello che stai dando loro è importantissimo. E rimarrà nella loro memoria, perché è l'etá in cui le esperienze si imprimono meglio.very good!
