This is so cool! I know that feeling. I started yoga one year ago and it makes me feel stronger and happier. One more thing is doing yoga makes me so peaceful and calm afterward. Once I stopped for few days, my body is calling that I really have to move again. It's a quite special feeling for me. I think yoga really helps us to make our soul and body connect :)
