Oh! Your friend is a yoga studio owner? lol..I wonder if she has heard of this crazy style of North American yoga? I bet she thinks we're nuts. And she is right!
Yeah she definitely said it was nuts it would not be allowed here in Thailand we just get the guns out and put them out of there misery...lol 🤣
lol! I thought guns weren't allowed over there sir hangin! Well I posted about another type of yoga today that is more your style.
We just don't carry them around like you rednecks do we just bring them out when necessary...lol..i will go check out this new style yoga 👍
