I need to pick my practice back up! I used to go to classes infrequently but my favorite thing was to just hop on the mat and feel it out, finding those spots of tension and working on releasing them while also getting my body nice and warmed up. Thanks for the reminder to get back to it!
Mmmmmm sounds like a PERFECT practice!! I prefer to tune into myself rather than do classes, even if I'm "teaching". It's not really natural or honest yoga to just do what someone else tells you to do, imo.
