@braindead it is a very tough practice for sure! I'm still working at it myself. My only advice is to start small....a few minutes at a time. And if you find your brain wanders during that minute or so, just acknowledge it and focus back to a mantra. Using mala beads can be helpful to calm that scattered mind. Focus on your breathing (in and out through the nose at a slow and even rate). Much love and peace!
