Yoga : Regrow hair with BALAYAM

If you are very upset with your hair fall and you are heading towards baldness before time, then your problem may be solved.

Balayam is the exercise of hair. The combination of yoga and acupressure is an easy and effective alternative to protect hair from greying and falling before time.

Method of balayam
This is a very easy exercise. For this, rub the fingernails of the four fingers of both hands. Please do as much as you can, as long as possible. If you can not do this at all times, make at least a routine for 10 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Keep in mind
The process takes longer and the results appear gradually, so you have to keep a little patience.

If you rub the tip of fingernails of both hands, then the hair near the ears can grow faster.

Rubbing the thumb nails of both hands will grow the moustache and beard. Therefore, while practicing women, keep in mind that do not use thumb.

Nail and hair connection
This exercise is a kind of acupressure therapy. In the acupressure, the fingernails are regarded with the skin of the head, and rubbing the nails together, the blood circulates well to the head and the nutritional elements reach the root of the hair.

In acupressure, this method is used to treat the baldness of men and women like MBP (Male Baldness Pattern) and Androgenic Alopesia.

Yes it does. I started practicing it from last year, as my hair had started greying and thinning. I followed Balayama and started practicing it daily for 5 minutes before meal. Just after 1 month I saw new hair growth on my head. I practice it daily as it has become my routine. 15 minutes are dedicated to Balayam.
