Your efforts are really appreciated .you will experience different different things at the start .the winning combination is first of all you just have to trust body contain 70-75% water and water contains 33% oxygen .if we can increase the oxygen level in our body we are done . Pranayama is an proven effective way of increasing the oxygen level in our body .i am also creating The audio and video systems on the same , keep practicing i can only insure you will feel at top once it will start benefiting you .links will be shared soonHi @jannell.
