So I just started a new yoga journey. This time it might be deeper and different from what most think of yoga. A friend of mine recently suggested to install the Sadghuru mobile and start to get to know it and do meditation/yoga to be able to improve my potential.
On this very first session I felt that time moved very slowly I could hear the ticking of the clocks meters away seems that my focus was not easily directed towards the meditation and I could not forget or not care about some physical pain or even mosquitoes flying around.
I need to try harder and hopefully I will get better by day 48 if I'm able to do it twice a day.
