I always admire your mind and you inspire me more than you know ❤️
I admit that I am fascinatied by YOGA but I honestly suck at it.

Mabye I should try it more 😁
I guess I have the patient of a Angel at work, but when it comes to Yoga... I give up yo easily.

I did go a few Times 1 year ago and learned that I am TO bendy?
Know what I mean? My body can Bend more than normal so I needed tools to make it right.
Guess that made me... Fuck this 😁

But looking at your positions here and to find that peace inside and out 😊 I sooo need it!

If you're too bendy, then you can work on creating strength to balance it out. Focus on feeling steady in the poses, rather than how far you can stretch. The wonderful thing about yoga is you can start with even just a few minutes (even just doing the first few poses of this sequence if you wanted), and build your practice from there.

It can be frustrating when it's new and awkward, but if you give it a chance you might end up loving it! 💖
