Why you should do yoga everyday

First of all, i want to talk about the change i been thought before and after doing yoga.
Before i feel very stressed and notice that i tend to get angry often what causes fights and arguments.
I was getting my stress out on my friends on family, what came out in the way of anger.
I was angry on them because of really stupid and tiny things and i didnt understand why im acting like this.

I started to do yoga, inspired by book i read "eat pray love" ( i recommend this book by the way)
I start to do yoga by YouTube guides and it felt AMAZING.
closing my eyes and entering another world of calm just with myself felt magical.
I was letting go of all the "bad thoughts" that made me feel stressful and i was relaxed than ever.
As i done it once, i was craving for more so i did it daily and it become part of my daily routine. You can do yoga at any time of the day, i prefer to do it at morning so i open my day in positive vibe.
Whitout notice i add my sister to it and teach her how to relax as well, she asked me to join my yoga evreyday.
Im more calm person, talking evreything in perspective and not getting angry that fast.
