I am too much fascinated by yoga and the health benefits that come along. But I was never too motivated to get into it. I thought of doing pre-natal yoga so that I could deliver normally but that also didn't work out due to some complications.
Great that you are doing it, it really is beneficial.
Initially yes it does feel boring and you feel like skipping it, but trust me once you get into a practice on a daily basis, you kind of get addicted to it.
