Yes I would be happy to do that for you @tonysayers33! Can you either share a photo of your posture or describe to me what aspects "suck"? For example, are you slouching your shoulders, does your head drop forward, do you have an S in your spine, some or all of the above, or something else???

I have plenty to share that can generally guide towards "good" posture, but there are also specific issues that vary between people that can be addressed too.

My shoulders are round and I have a bit of a habitual hunch, probably from years of sitting at an office desk. I really want to improve it.
