Yoga is aimed at merging the mind and body within a homogeneous unit, a sport suited to all ages, especially as it is done without the use of any sporting apparatus, and the exercise of this sport continuously achieves a lot of benefits for the body.... The yoga is to dive into ourselves and explore our inner energy.

Yes yes yes, there are so many benefits to yoga! I hope that everyone gets the opportunity to enjoy it for themselves. It is so important to connect with oneself, and yoga is one of the best ways I know to achieve that.
