What are Chakras? If you have heard of it and wonder what is behind it....
It is just some weird Yoga language? What is the idea and meaning of every of the 7 Chakras?
we have tried to explain the concept of it in small and short videos.
Each day 1 Chakra. There are 7 chakras and we share 1 video every day over the next 7 days.
The second chakra is the centre of your sexuality and creativity. Creativity does not only mean creating babies, but also in other areas of life. For example when we draw, cook, or write, we are being creative. Even finding a solution to a problem requires creativity! So how do we heal this chakra?
