HOW OUR EMOTIONS AFFECT OUR BODY ? (WHAT'S YOGA REALLY ABOUT ? )

Firstly, I have to say that this is very complex and extensive topic. Very rare individuals deal with this topic. Reason is that nobody can do it for you. Only you can detect what emotion is making your life, your relationship harder than they have to be.
Today almoust everyone knows that #yoga positively affects our #body and the breath. While you practising yoga your body becomes stronger and fitter.
But question is why yoga practicants seems trully #happy, confident ? What's really that ancient praxis about ?
The answer is that our emotions store in our body. So when you put your body in different poses, what you really do is that you slowly release those #emotions which can be captivated in our body for long time.
For example, you are sad because your pet died. Remember last time when you were sad. How did you look ? You sobbed, you couldn't breathe properly... so as you can say- sorrow is stored in the chest. To satisfy your lungs you need air. In yoga we do it with pranayama. The breathing tecnique wich add you the element of air which you miss when you feel sad.
Furthermore, today for lot of people is common to feel anger majority of their time. Why ? We carry our anger from our teen days. We were angry on the society, out parents, friends ... and that anger stayed because we didn't release it.
So anger is stored in the liver. That's why lot of people have problems with liver even though many doesn't even know it. That anger is always there and it only needs trigger so you can get angry. So what to do ? You have to detect the main cause of those emotions .
You can do it trough mental process, whivh can be painstaking and longlasting. Or you can do yoga and make things easier :) yoga doesn't need reasons it just helps.
So, I will mention some examples but I have to repeat that this topic is very complex. Also, emotions are very tricky thing and they can hide one behind another. Nothing of this shouldn't be taken as rule.

1.BEND FORWARD
This pose can teach you how to release habit of controling everything and fear of enviroment.
So if you struggling with this pose (like I sometimes ) those are probably the raisons.
