just putting it out there universe that this week at some point i really want to have yogurt, museli and bananas for that healthy slow release power breakfast. as much as i love eggs, beans and black pepper cracked things for an alternative breakfast on a monday i realise that without mixing it up i'm powerless that quick breakfast, with this i have to put in a little bit of planning and put it in overnight, just one of those little tasks or chores to get locked down, same for slow cooker dinners too. prep, feel free to use this lovely picture, royality free on your blog!
