I upvoted. It seems like concrete under the swings might be dangerous as children fall on it. In my country, we typically put woods chips around playgrounds. That solves the mud problem. Rubber mats -typically made from used tires are also popular, but those are more expensive than concrete.

i don't know where we could buy these kind of chipwoods for park in my country.
Concrete may be a little dangerous under a swings , is true, but isn't too much different from the ground that is in there right now, that land is hard too
