Fantastic editing on a rising channel!

I'm truly impressed by the editing and sheer amount of research that goes into these videos. It's difficult to find good quality work sometimes, and I know Steemians are always on the lookout for such pages! I'm not here to sell you on anything, but I do have to write this as I'm incredibly amazed by the editing that the founder of 1791L has chosen to implement inside of his videos. It's not often you find such work, and in the niche that this channel is in, it's extremely rare actually.

I have to give a fair warning before we delve deeper: This deals with political content, so if you're the type to get easily offended, this may not be the right content for you. I understand. It's okay to look away.

Alright, so I discovered his work by stumbling upon this video dealing with the YouTube "adpocalypse":

Out of all the videos that were discussing the Wall Street journal scandal, this one blew my mind. The music, the cuts and editing, the slight sarcastic and yet totally serious tone of the narrator immediately won me over. I hit that SUBSCRIBE button instantly.

I love listening in on political debates, but this seemed refreshing considering on YouTube there was a lack of right-leaning channels last year. The Left was going in like crazy, and unfortunately Alex Jones' style is a little out of touch for the average human consumer.

1791L reminds me of a Philly D. in a way, he actually cares more for the viewer and goes fully in depth with investigating sources for his upcoming videos. Obviously he's coming from one side, however he's not trying to win anybody over (or at least most of the times). It's more a fight for balance.

Even if you're a Liberal, the video's worth a watch and how he goes absolute savage mode on a few hilarious characters (goblins) that live in the depths of hell (Twitter).

As a marketer, I get a hard on for analytics and stats and shit like that. 1791L recently chose to change his name back from American Lampoon, which I'm quite pleased with his choice. It's short and easy to remember, plus it fits nicely. Definitely helps with his SEO and YT optimization. The thumbnails, artwork on his channel and inside of his videos extends to the ranks of Vox. I have a lot of respect for the video editors at Vox, even though I come from a Republican background. Why? It doesn't matter what political beliefs they have, their editing is DAMN GOOD!

There's only honestly 3 or 4 other channels that I can come off the top of my mind that put a lot of work into their content:
Kurzgesagt (they deserve every penny on their Patreon)

ColdFusion (amazing entrepreneur stuff)

Nerdwriter (regardless of his political lines, I love his opinions on art)

Want to know a secret in discovering good channels? Look at the descriptions underneath their videos. They take the time to even update that shit (WHICH THEY SHOULD, thankfully) because I'm grateful to discover new songs, new websites and have more content to go off of. I'm happy to see 1791L reach 200K soon :)

But hey, at the end of the day I'm biased. I'm a YouTuber myself hehe
