You're doing great with your YouTube channel as YouTube can help attract a new audience for sure. I also tried this long back and that onboarded some people as well, I'm not sure but I guess it was my most viewed videos in my channel. But some people from our country (with good stakes and supporters) were not happy to see more countrymen in Hive, so they made me delete the video.
They even used to poke me in their community discord channel, just because of those videos, which I created as tutorials in my native language, to onboard people who didn't know about hive.
I have suggestions that may help your content on YouTube reach audiences outside of Hive, as I believe you're getting most of the engagement over there from hivers. But I believe you're doing this mostly to attract people from YouTube to Hive.
My suggestions:
- There should be good thumbnails for your videos as they play a crucial role in attracting viewers.
- SEO in both description and title should help you reach more audiences. I take help from ChatGPT with them. And don't forget TAGS, in case you don't do it currently.
- lastly, there's a special tool named vidiq, and they say its "The Ultimate YouTube Growth Toolkit". I'm using its free version for my channel, and its helpful to understand a lot of things.
Btw, I was already one of your subscribers, but I just did another one from another google account.
Good luck on your YouTube journey.
