Youtube Ads and Demonetization, a Possible Solution

I've been avoiding this topic for a long time holding out hope that the initial panic was just an overreaction and that the ads and views would go back to normal after the first crash. But unfortunately it seems like YouTube has zero plans on actually fixing this or helping out content creators that they don't deem worthy. This doesn’t apply solely to the commentary/ranting community either. Comedy channels have also taken a big hit as well as a lot of the gaming community.
So I have come up with what I think is a possible solution. What I found was the audience's for these channels make up millions of people. My suggestion is telling your audience to use selective adblock and only turn it off for channels they want to support. This stops YouTube and advertisers from making money off of your audiences unless you do as well.
I would also suggest to anyone that has enough subscribers to have access to a YouTube account manager to tell them that if YouTube's advertisers are really concerned about people associating their companies with the video their ads are being shown on, that YouTube should provide them with a five-second disclaimer before the ad rolls for free. It could say something like “the following advertisement is not affiliated or endorsing the content of this video”, short and sweet.
We all know that the advertisers and YouTube's real concerns are with sales and money not us so hit them in the wallet otherwise they will just continue with their shenanigans of fucking around with the YouTube content creators.
