- so much more interaction and feedback
- many many more views
- moderation
- you can see your views and analyse them in detail by age, geography, over time...
- you can like videos beyond the silly 7 day Steemit limit
- no brown nosing
- democratic voting system
- dislikes are ok (my videos very very rarely receive dislikes on Youtube)
- no extremely negative flagging culture
- it's free, you don't have to spend money that continually devaluates like here on Steemit
- very easy to navigate and find stuff you like
- very good AI that suggest you things you might be interested in
- no bullying by the 0.01% whales
- and so on and so on ...
Only problem: owned by Google.
I think Steemit might actually be worse as far as control goes. It would not surprise me that @dan has left this project because maybe half of the top witnesses or more are in the pockets of some "freedom" and "democracy" advocating "foundations".
I also think @timcliff is in cahoots with these deepstate actors. He has removed the views. An essential feedback instrument to see how big your audience is.
Of course the devs and top witnesses have knowledge of these views and they can see things we ordinary small fish cannot see.
Maybe Al Masdar News gets too many viewers despite nobody places a comment on their Steemit blog?
That would explain why @cheetah from @anyx is systematically downvoting each topic he posts. Hoping to in time systematically lower its reputation. Together with @themarkymark @badcontent bot.
That way they can discourage other critical Twitter posters to post on Steemit, as they will realise these bots will jump on them and there is almost nobody here to read their content anyway.
Highly cool.

thnx @steemitboard!
I’d say you will be missed but I’d hate to lie to you.
Don't worry too much about it, you and your friends are doing a great job:

It’s interesting you correlate flagging with greed as flagging costs the flagger money and takes away the same amount of potential rewards from them.
It’s actually as selfless as you can get.
I never thought of it like that!
LOL, yeah if you have like 75,000,000 SP
I'm going to guess from our discussions that you are a dropout.
Did you mention something about flagging ? :-)
